Our executive management team consists of a diverse group of leaders who work in partnership with clinical management to provide best in class support services to providers & clients.

Ari L. Nagler

Chief Executive Officer

Ari Nagler earned his B.S. Degree with an emphasis in Management and Organizational Development from Cornell University. He was a previous business owner and M&A executive that has closed over 50 transactions for himself and his clients. Ari has spent the last two decades building high-performing teams and efficient companies in healthcare, service, retail and hi-tech.

Eugene Veksler

Chief Financial Officer

Eugene Veksler received his B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He has completed UCLA’s Health Care Executive Program and the Harvard University’s Business Analytics Program. While Eugene has held various financial positions within Eisner Health, StarPoint Properties, The Walt Disney Company, and The Clorox Company, he now provides oversight for the financial functions of PHW.

Kristi Tucker

Chief Provider Relations Officer

Kristi Tucker received her B.S. in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix. She was PHW’s very first employee and has helped the company grow form a single contract to today’s current size.

Kristi Tucker is responsible for PHW’s recruiting, credentialing, and scheduling departments.

Nancy Garcia

Chief Administrative Officer

Nancy Garcia received her B.S. in accounting from California State University, Northridge. Prior to PHW, she specialized in business management for the entertainment and apparel industry. Nancy Garcia is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations and human resource management.

David Jin

Chief Operating Officer

David Jin received a B.A. in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara and an M.B.A in Finance from University of Colorado, Boulder. He has led financial operations on several continents with multi-national public and private organizations. At PHW, David Jin is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of reporting, project management, corporate initiatives, business development and IT.

Shweta Patel, Esq.

General Counsel

Shweta Patel received a J.D. from Southwestern Law School after receiving a B.A. in International Studies with a focus on Business Management from UC Irvine. Prior to PHW, she was an Assistant GC for a for-profit healthcare organization and worked in medical malpractice defense. Shweta Patel is currently responsible for managing and leading internal legal matters.
